We opened Two Boys Blu in 2009 after spotting a gap in the blue-collar casual labour hire market within relocations and warehousing.

We already ran a successful recruitment firm, RPB Consulting, and decided to build a second, specialised division - one that worked with a specific market, and only with hand-selected clients. And that’s when Two Boys Blu emerged. The name comes from where it all started: we each had a baby boy around the same time we launched the business. Two boys, blue-collar work - Two Boys Blu just made sense.
